Couture Ayuko is a handmade brand that gives shape to memorable scenes and emotional sparkles.
The brand carefully creates doll dresses and dressing room accessories one by one, in response to the desire to ‘leave a memorable scene in your hand’ and ‘put a special meaning in a gift for someone special’.
Our one-of-a-kind creations add a sparkle to everyday life and serve as a reminder of special moments.

【送料、郵送方法】
一部の商品を除き日本全国一律1000円
基本的にヤマト運輸 宅急便コンパクトでのお届け致します。（ご購入いただいたアクセサリーの個数、サイズによって郵送方法が変わることがあります。）
※10000円以上のご購入で送料無料。（国内発送のみ）
【注文から発送までの期間】
お客様からの入金を確認して2週間以内に発送いたします。一部の商品は受注生産ですのでそれ以上の日数を要することがございます。お急ぎの方はご相談ください。
【商品の特徴】
商品はひとつひとつ手作業で制作されたものです。色や模様、形など仕上がりに若干のばらつきがある場合がございますのでご了承ください。
【お取り扱い】
高温多湿を避け、暗い場所で保管してください。繊細なため優しくお取り扱いください。
【商品にについて】
すべて手作業でお作りしているため、商品には個体差がございます。ご覧頂くモニター等により色が実物と異なって見える場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
【お取引明細書（納品書）の同封について】
プレゼントにお買い求めいただくことも多くございますので発送時にお取引明細書は同封いたしません。同封をご希望のお客様はお手数ですが、購入時に備考欄にてお知らせください。
【返品交換について】
基本的には返品、交換には応じることができません。到着時に不具合があった場合は、恐れいりますが到着から14日以内にご連絡ください。１４日を過ぎた場合は返品、交換の対応を致しません。また、発送後のキャンセルはお受けできません。不明な点がございましたら御注文前にお問い合わせください。

【Period from order to delivery】
We will ship within two weeks after confirming payment from the customer. Some products are made to order and may take longer. Please contact us if in a hurry.

Each product is handmade. Please note that there may be slight differences in colour, pattern, shape and other aspects of the product.
【Handling】
Please avoid high temperatures and humidity and store in a dark place. Please handle with care as they are delicate.
【About the product】
Please note that the products are handmade, so there may be individual differences. Colours may appear different from the actual product depending on the monitor you are using. Please be aware of this in advance.
Regarding the enclosure of a statement of transaction (delivery note).
We do not enclose a statement of transaction at the time of dispatch, as many of our products are purchased as gifts. If you wish to have it enclosed, please let us know in the remarks column at the time of purchase.
Returns and exchanges
Basically, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If the item is faulty on arrival, please contact us within 14 days of arrival; after 14 days, we will not accept returns or exchanges. We also do not accept cancellations after dispatch. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering.
